CO YO Barbequed Banana Splits
This quick and easy sweet is a hit at barbeques.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut sugar, palm sugar or brown sugar
1/3 cup water
4 bananas
400g CO YO coconut milk yoghurt, natural flavour
Dark chocolate shavings
Method:
Place sugar in a small saucepan with water, place over a low heat and stir until dissolved without boiling.
Split bananas lengthwise, coat in syrup and place on a medium to hot barbeque until brown, turning once.
Serve immediately with lashings of CO YO and a good sprinkle of chocolate shavings.
